Teodor Minca

Teodor "Doru" Minca is currently the Country Manager at Framatome, where they leverage their extensive experience in energy efficiency and project management. With over 20 years in multinational companies, Minca has successfully implemented projects worth over 400 million euros, including high-efficiency power plants and energy-saving solutions. Previously, Minca held leadership roles at GE and XEROX Romania, where they significantly contributed to market development and the establishment of distribution networks. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Polytech Institute of Bucharest.
