Thierry Gillot

Thierry Gillot currently serves as the Health, Safety, Environment and Protection Executive Vice President at Framatome, a position held since January 2018. Previously, Thierry held various roles at Areva from August 2008 to June 2016, including Quality and Occupational Safety Director and Nuclear Safety Inspector, where responsibilities involved safety inspections for both nuclear and non-nuclear operations globally. Additionally, Thierry has experience as a Directeur d'établissement for a high-threshold SEVESO industrial site specializing in zirconium for the civil nuclear market at Areva, and as a Directeur d'établissement overseeing production and R&D of technical polymers at Arkema from January 2000 to July 2008. Earlier in the career, Thierry worked at Elf Atochem from April 1996 to December 1999 as Operations Manager in charge of production and quality in a chemical plant. Thierry holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Centrale Lille, obtained in 1987.
