Clifford Simon is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in technical and executive recruitment, particularly within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Recruiter at BigSpring since September 2023, Clifford previously held the position of Technical Recruiter for AWS Cloud with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) at Amazon Web Services from March 2021 to April 2023.
