Matthew Grosso has a diverse work experience history. Matthew started their career as a Woodworker and Business Manager at Sharchitecture from 2007 to 2013. From 2011 to 2016, Matthew worked as a Digital Technician, managing and maintaining digital equipment on commercial photo shoots. Matthew also served as the Director at WashingCon in 2015. In the same year, they started their own business as an Independent Game Designer, where they designed and developed board games and participated in promoting them at events. Matthew further expanded their skills by completing a 12-week full-time training in Front-End Development and Agile methods at The Iron Yard in 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant, helping others with their development training. Matthew gained practical experience as a Front-End Developer in Training, developing an app called GameTable. Matthew worked as a Junior UI Developer at Describeit from October 2016 to February 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Matthew was a Junior Front-End Developer at Unleashed Technologies. Currently, since March 2018, they have been working as a Software Engineer at Framebridge.

Matthew Grosso began their education in the year 2000 and completed it in 2004 at Earlham College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. In 2016, they attended The Iron Yard for a brief period, focusing on Front End Web Development. Additionally, in June 2017, Matthew obtained a certification in Drupal 8 Sitebuilder from Acquia.
