Warren McLuckie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, digital products, and engineering across various sectors, including defense and technology. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at FRAMECAD since May 2023, Warren leads a multi-disciplinary team to enhance product offerings. Previously, at Beca from April 2018 to May 2023, Warren managed a team of software engineers and facilitated a transition to a Software as a Service model. Earlier roles include leadership positions within the New Zealand Defence Force and the Royal New Zealand Navy, focusing on communications systems, project management, and engineering capabilities. Warren holds a Master's degree in Explosive Ordnance Engineering from Cranfield University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Auckland.
