Jan Nimtz

Jan Nimtz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment management and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Head of Investment Management at Axel Springer SE since February 2016, Jan also holds roles as a Strategic Advisor and member of the Supervisory Board for FRAMEN and Verimi respectively. Additionally, Jan is the Managing Director of Axel Springer Media for Equity GmbH until August 2024. Previous positions include Investment Manager at a Single Family Office and Prokurist in Corporate Finance at M.M.Warburg & CO. Jan began a career in finance with roles at PwC, Hugo Boss, and KPMG. Jan holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg and has further education from the Helsinki School of Economics.
