Magdalena Pusch has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Magdalena co-founded FRAMEN GmbH in 2018, where they served as the Chief Marketing Officer, focusing on real-time streaming of news and ads on indoor screens and connecting advertisers with screen providers. In 2022, they became a member and mentor at Mission Female, a business women leadership network dedicated to networking, professional development, and support for women in society. Additionally, from 2021 to 2022, they held the position of Vorstandsmitglied at Deutscher Marketing Verband. Prior to these roles, Magdalena worked at Google from 2017 to 2019, focusing on IT transformation. Magdalena also worked at Cloudwürdig GmbH as a senior multilingual trainer and change management specialist from 2017 to 2019. Magdalena was a board member at Consulting Network e.V. from 2016 to 2018 and held a consultant role at the same organization from 2015 to 2018. In 2016, they founded KARE and worked there until 2018. Earlier in their career, Magdalena completed internships at SEB and Rémy Cointreau in 2016 and 2015 respectively.
Magdalena Pusch completed their undergraduate studies at Justus Liebig University Giessen from 2014 to 2018. Magdalena pursued a full double-degree in Business Administration, earning 240 credit points. Additionally, in 2016 to 2017, they attended San Jose State University, where they emphasized their studies in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Finance. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they also studied at Justus Liebig University Giessen, focusing on Applied Languages and Cultural Studies for their full double-degree. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued their passion for jazz music at Toneheim Musikkfolkehøgskole, studying trumpet as their main subject.
