Niels van Hoorn

Niels van Hoorn has worked in the tech industry since 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Software Engineer at Paragin, where they co-developed the online test environment RemindoToets. In 2008, they completed a Master thesis at IDSIA. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Founder of Zeker Waar. During this time, they also served as the CTO of Brainsley, a web service which helps users filter the internet more effectively. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as an iOS developer at NRC Media. Since 2016, they have been a Product Engineer at Framer.

Niels van Hoorn attended Gymnasium Haganum from 1996 to 2002. Niels then went on to pursue a BSc in Computational Sciences from Utrecht University from 2002 to 2006, followed by an Msc in Computational Sciences from the same university from 2006 to 2009.
