Christopher Haldane

Christopher Haldane is an accomplished professional in the visual effects industry with extensive experience at Framestore from July 2011 to the present. Haldane holds the title of Head of Lighting & Lookdev Technology and has previously worked as a Senior Software Developer, Rendering Engineer, Shader Writer, and Assistant Technical Director, contributing to notable projects such as "Jupiter Ascending," "The Martian," and "Geostorm." Haldane also served as a Lead Matchmove Artist on films like "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty" and "Jupiter Ascending," as well as a Matchmove Artist on "Gravity" and "47 Ronin." Prior to Framestore, Haldane had brief tenures at Rushes as a Freelance 3D Generalist and at Cinesite as a Matchmove Artist on "Pirates of the Caribbean 4." Haldane earned a BA (Hons) in Computer Visualisation and Animation from Bournemouth University and furthered education at FXPHD.
