Lara Hopkins

Lara Hopkins is an accomplished professional in the recruitment and talent management field, currently serving as Head of Studio at Framestore in Melbourne since October 2023. Previously, Lara held several key positions at Industrial Light & Magic from August 2019 to October 2023, including Director of Talent Management and Senior Manager, Talent Management. Lara's extensive experience at Framestore spans from December 2013 to present, including roles as Global Recruitment Consultant and Head of Recruitment, where significant contributions were made towards expanding teams across multiple international locations. Prior to that, notable achievements include managing recruitment teams at Dr. D Studios and Rising Sun Pictures, and developing expertise in the VFX industry at various esteemed companies.
