La Porta is the co-founder of Framework Digital Group and the CEO of vortice.ai. They serve on the Framework Digital board and are involved in mergers and acquisitions with high-potential startups, while also being an investor in MediQuo, Argos Monitoramento, and Salus Optima. La Porta is a co-founder of Deep Reflection and previously co-founded Fly Adam (2020-2021) and Tangerino (2013-2022, sold to Grupo Solides in 2022). They held technical leadership roles at Boltblue/HandBuzz (2007-2008) and Squadra Digital (2003-2007). Their education includes an MIT Artificial Intelligence Certificate in progress, enrollment in the University of Oxford's Oxford Artificial Intelligence program (2024-2025), enrollment in the Icaro Private Pilot program (2024-2025), a Computer Science degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1994-1997), and a degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas (2005-2007).
