Boyang Li

Boyang is an Associate at Framework Venture Partners. Located in Toronto, Boyang helps source new investment opportunities, perform investment due diligence and execution, as well as support portfolio companies.

Before joining Framework, Boyang spent 3 years at RBC Capital Markets covering Canadian technology stocks. As an Equity Research Associate, Boyang was responsible for company and industry research, financial modelling and due diligence. He particularly enjoyed working with founder-led companies as they were preparing for their IPO. Companies under coverage spanned verticals such as software, fintech, IT services, amongst others.

Boyang graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelors of Mathematics and a minor in computer science. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
