Tobias Lindgren

Tobias Lindgren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Controller and Administrative Manager at Framtiden since August 2012, Tobias develops and manages reporting systems and oversees the company's administration, premises, and vehicles. As the Personnel Manager, Tobias improves recruitment processes and leads a team of HR managers in Jönköping and Linköping. In addition, Tobias is a founder of ExLink Jönköping and has held prior positions as the Sports Director for Jönköpings IK and a Professional Officer in the Swedish Armed Forces, where responsibilities included training and leading soldiers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Swedish Defence University and a background in Child and Leisure Studies from Sandagymnasiet.
