Pauline Gourdon

Pauline Gourdon has extensive experience in procurement and project management, currently serving as Responsable Achats at FRANCE AIR since September 2015. Responsibilities include managing an international supplier portfolio worth approximately €12 million, collaborating on product development with R&D and marketing teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring product quality and supplier compliance. Prior experience includes roles at EDF, Genzyme sanofi focusing on Lean methodologies, and tutoring at INSA de Lyon. Pauline holds an engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon and has furthered education at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, alongside completing a coaching and management module at INSA Lyon.
