Adrian Denais is an experienced professional in operations and marketing management with a solid background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Responsable de la restauration at France Galop since April 2024, Adrian previously held roles including Ops Manager at Coolangatta Group and Head Ops at Di Loretta. As a co-founder and DG at GhostR, Adrian was responsible for marketing and food operations, managing a team, and creating several digital brands. Adrian's earlier experiences span across roles such as Project Delivery Manager at GALLIA PARIS, WebMarketing Manager at SmartAngels, and various positions in communication and sales. Adrian holds a Master's degree in Marketing from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School and two other degrees in business management and marketing.
