Emmanuel Joubard

Emmanuel Joubard is a seasoned professional in the broadcasting and media industry with extensive experience in project management and technical integration. Currently serving as Coordinateur de Projet at France Télévisions since October 2023, Joubard oversees the migration of broadcasting production centers to SMPTE 2110 and data centers. Prior to this, Joubard held the role of Director of Operations at 42c, where responsibilities included business development for media, telecom, and digital sectors, along with managing a sales team. Joubard has also served as Technical Integration Leader for Red Bee Media, managing the MOSAR project for France Télévisions, and held various managerial positions at 42c and TF1, focusing on business development, project management, and technical support. Joubard's educational background includes a BTS degree in Audiovisuel from Roubaix.
