Isabelle Caroff

Isabelle CAROFF is the Directrice des ressources humaines et de l'organisation at France Télévisions since February 2023. Previously, Isabelle held various senior human resources and legal roles at RATPgroup from October 2000 to February 2023, including Directrice des relations sociales et affaires juridiques, responsible for social law, negotiation of social agreements, and management of significant HR projects. Isabelle also directed compensation and benefits and HR performance initiatives, overseeing the remuneration policy and annual negotiations. Other positions included leadership in managing labor relations, transformation projects, and the operations of the Caisse d'Assurance Maladie de la RATP. Earlier career experiences include legal consulting in social law and human resources roles at institutions like the Centre Georges DEVREUX and Banque Woolwich. Isabelle holds a DEA in Droit Social et Economie from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
