Lucie Morillon has extensive experience in communication, advocacy, and program management within non-profit organizations. Since January 2017, Lucie has served as the Directrice Communication, Valorisation et Developpement des Parcours d’engagement at France Volontaires, and previously held the position of Directrice du pôle Etudes, Communication, Plaidoyer. Prior to this, Lucie worked at Reporters Without Borders from 2004 to 2016, where roles included Directrice des programmes et du plaidoyer, Head of the Internet and Freedom Desk, and Washington Director. Earlier professional experience includes the role of International Coordinator at Reporters sans frontières from 2000 to 2004. Academically, Lucie holds a Master in Public and Political Management from ISM@PP and a Master in History from Nantes Université, as well as a Hypokhâgne in Lettres Supérieures S from Lycee Gabriel Guist'hau.
