Chris Kaighn has had an extensive career in retail leadership, with experience ranging from store management to executive roles. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Chief Stores and Culture Officer at francesca’s®, Chris is dedicated to driving positive company culture and achieving sales targets. With a background in companies like Justice and The Disney Store, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to the field. Additionally, outside of work, Chris is also a Yoga Instructor at GoYoga, where they aim to empower individuals through the practice of yoga.
