Michelle Wallace

Michelle Wallace, LPC, currently serves as the Regional Manager of Asset Protection and Facilities-West at francesca’s®, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Michelle spent nearly 18 years at David's Bridal, where roles included Divisional Asset Protection Manager for the East Coast, Canada, and the UK, overseeing 154 stores and 12 Regional Managers, as well as Divisional Asset Protection Manager for Central US and Canada, with responsibility for 98 stores and 7 Regional Managers. Additional experience includes serving as Loss Prevention Manager and District Manager/Special Assignment Manager for the Detroit market at David's Bridal, and as Store Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond from 2001 to 2005, and at Sportmart/Sports Authority from 1995 to 2001. Michelle holds an Associate degree in Marketing and Fashion Merchandising from Waukesha County Technical College.
