Chris Kaighn serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Stores and Culture Officer at francesca’s® since February 2021, overseeing store leadership, operations, human resources, and culture. Previously, Chris held various senior leadership roles at Justice, including Senior Vice President of Stores and Operations, and contributed to retail operations at The Disney Store and Limited Brands. In addition to retail leadership, Chris teaches heated-power and vinyasa style yoga at GoYoga, focusing on an inclusive, empowering practice. Chris graduated from Moore College of Art and Design between 1984 and 1987.
