Johnathan "Franchise" Wilton is the current Director of Esports at FranchiCzar. Director was previously the founder of Code Ninjas LLC, which they grew to over 300 units open and 700 sold in just 5 years before exiting the company. Prior to that, they worked at Graham Ventures, Inc.

Some individuals on their team include Jaemi Kaewwanna - Esports Community Specialist, Will Schendell - Esports Operational and Program Specialist, and Esports Technical Specialist - Esports Technical Specialist. Their manager is Jim MacDonald, Valhallan VP of Operations.
