Hossein Kasmai's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer at various companies. Hossein started their career at Motorola in 1992 as an Engineering Section Manager, where they led a team in developing pagers and mobile phones. Hossein later founded Guard-A-Kid Franchising Corp. in 2004, franchising the child and family safety company in 2005 and expanding it to over 150 franchises in 11 countries by 2010. In 2011, they became the CEO of Franchise Creator, the leading franchise consulting firm in the country. Hossein Kasmai's most recent position is as the CEO of Combo Kitchen, a company that provides restaurants with the opportunity to operate well-known restaurant brands as ghost operations for delivery and takeout. Combo Kitchen is ranked among the top 100 fastest-growing franchises in the world.
