Scott Romanoff

Scott Romanoff is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate development. Currently serving as Co Managing Partner at Franchise Equity Partners since November 2021, Romanoff previously held various senior positions at Goldman Sachs from June 1992 to December 2020, including roles such as Head of Corporate Development and Co-Head of Bank and Specialty Finance Group. Romanoff began academic pursuits at NYU Stern School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business in 1992.
