Operations Team

The Operations Team at Franchise Management Inc. (FMI) is responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day activities of their more than 350 Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell, and Panera Bread businesses across 20 provinces and states. This team ensures operational efficiency, enforces compliance with company standards, and works to achieve high customer satisfaction. Leadership roles within this team, such as Shift Managers and Restaurant General Managers, oversee individual stores, while higher-level positions like Area Coaches and Region Coaches support multiple locations to drive overall performance and growth.
