Mr. Conner founded Franchise Marketing Systems initially with the vision to create a full service, long term engagement for new franchisors to provide the resources, support and team needed for a business to start a franchise model. Today, the organization has expanded to 38 franchise consultants that has franchised over 800 brands and sold over 10,000 franchise units globally.
