Chris Garland

Chris Garland, Ed.D. is an experienced education professional who has held various leadership positions in different school districts. Currently, Chris is the Director of Elementary Education at Francis Howell School District. Prior to this role, Chris served as an Elementary Principal at Rockwood School District and held multiple roles at Troy R-3 School District, including Interim Principal and Assistant Principal. Chris holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
