Jonathan McKnight

Jonathan McKnight is currently serving as the Director of Resource Development at the United Way of Florence County and a Professor of Business at Francis Marion University since August 2023. As the Owner of Daylight Consulting, LLC since January 2022, Jonathan has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previously, Jonathan held various roles at EmployReward Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Staff and Client Development, and at ACS Technologies where responsibilities included Operations Manager, Contact Center Supervisor, System Administrator, and Deployment Specialist from November 2007 to March 2022. Jonathan began a career at CareSouth Carolina, Inc. as the Training Coordinator and started as a Contact Center Agent at ACS Technologies. Jonathan holds a Master of Business Administration from Francis Marion University and a Bachelor of Arts degree, complemented by a Grant Writing Professional Series Program certification from the University of South Carolina.
