Michael Fredrick's work experience spans over several companies and roles. Michael currently serves as an At-Large Board Member at the Danish American Center. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Finance at Francis Medical, where they held the position since March 2019. From 2014, they worked as a Consultant CFO/Controller at Full Spectrum Business Consulting, LLC, offering financial and accounting consulting services to various companies. Michael also worked as the Vice President of Finance and Administration at NexGen Medical Systems, Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they were the Vice President of Finance at Boston Scientific, having successfully developed the finance and accounting area of BridgePoint Medical. From 2007 to 2010, they served as the Controller at Celleration, a wound care company. Prior to that, they held various financial roles at American Medical Systems and Hypro - Pentair. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant Controller at Robert Half Resource Management and held various financial and cost analyst positions at Endocardial Solutions, where they also served as interim CFO from 2000 to 2002.

Michael Fredrick began their education at The University of Minnesota in 1981. Michael earned approximately 90+ credits before a family out-of-state move. In 1984, they enrolled at the University of South Dakota and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting in 1985.
