Billy Gaston

Billy Gaston is the Director of Information Technology Services at Francis Tuttle Technology Center. Billy has previous experience working as a Technology Officer, Project Manager, and Sr. Software Engineer at Anautics, Inc., and an Adjunct Instructor at Langston University.

Billy has experience working with CEO's and Presidents to identify viable business/technology solutions that align with business directives. Billy is also experienced in researching, designing, and recommending appropriate technology solutions to support company policies and directives. Billy has also interfaced with officials from academia, government, and commercial areas for business acquisition, in-depth skills and needs analysis, and technology discovery.

In addition, Billy has provided executive level briefings and formal documents for company initiatives, represented company interests in technical/business conferences to explore business opportunities/relationships for the company, and developed and published STEM related technical, research, contract proposal documents for company marketing and contract acquisition.

Billy Gaston has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership from East Central University. Billy also has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University, as well as an MS in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University. Billy's undergraduate degree is in Computer Science and Mathematics from Langston University.
