Tracy Skinner

Tracy Skinner became the Associate Superintendent of Francis Tuttle Technology Center in December 2021. In her role she has primary responsibility for the Career Planning Center, Marketing & Communications, Professional Development, and Strategic Planning. Before her employment at Francis Tuttle, Tracy was the Assistant Superintendent of Academics with Oklahoma City Public Schools. Tracy began her career in the classroom at Will Rogers Elementary in Putnam City Schools in 1993 and then served as the principal of Deer Creek Middle School and Deer Creek High School for several years before joining Mustang Public Schools as the Executive Director of Secondary Schools. She was then named Deputy Superintendent at Mustang Public Schools, where she led the Curriculum and Human Resources Department prior to joining Oklahoma City Public Schools.

Skinner graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Oklahoma City University, as well as her Masters of Education in Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1998. She is currently working on her doctorate at the University of Oklahoma.
