Tim Francis is currently the Partner and Head of Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring at Francis Wilks & Jones LLP, a law firm specializing in services primarily to the Asset Based Lending Industry. Prior to this, Tim worked as a solicitor at Hammonds (now Squire Patton Boggs) and Wildes, where Tim gained experience in corporate recovery, insolvency, and asset-based finance.
