Agnes Therady Ph.D.

Agnes Therady, PhD, MSN, MBA, FACHE, RN, serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Franciscan Health since January 2018, having previously held the role of VP/Chief Nursing Officer. Prior experience includes serving as the System Chief Nursing Officer at Cook County Health & Hospitals System and Nurse Executive at VA Health Care Systems, with a notable tenure at Lexington and Jesse Brown VA Medical Centers. Agnes has held various senior roles in nursing leadership, including Vice President of Clinical and Service Excellence at Lincoln Park Hospital and Director of Quality, Risk, and Case Management at Provena Mercy Medical Center. An academic background includes a PhD in Organization Development from Benedictine University and an MBA from Northern Illinois University, complemented by a master’s degree in Nursing Science from SNDT Women's University.
