Steven Kile

Steven Kile is an accomplished administrative human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Administrative Human Resources Director at Franciscan Health since May 2020, Kile previously held positions including Senior Director of Human Resources at Ascension and Vice President of Human Resources at Indiana University Health. With a solid foundation in human resources management developed over years of service at Mercy Springfield and Mount Carmel Health System, Kile holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS in Social Work from Manchester University.
