Franciscan Children's
Daniela Solis has accumulated valuable experience in mental health and research throughout professional endeavors. Notably, as a Mental Health Specialist at Franciscan Children's from September 2022 to January 2024, Daniela contributed to the well-being of children in care. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Suffolk University, where Daniela developed informative videos based on current scientific events. Participation in the Ronald E. McNair Post Baccalaureate Achievement Program as a Research Intern involved systematic research on PTSD treatments within minority communities. Additionally, engagement as a Teaching Assistant in the TRIO Upward Bound Program involved keeping students engaged in a virtual classroom setting. Further exposure to research occurred as a Research Intern in the National Summer Undergraduate Research Project, attending seminars focused on professional development. Daniela holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Suffolk University, achieved in May 2022.
