Dr. Dionne Poulton

Dr. Dionne Poulton has had extensive experience in various roles relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Dr. Dionne is currently the Head of Organizational Learning and Diversity, Equity & Belonging at Franciscan Children's. In addition, they are the owner of Poulton Consulting Group, LLC, where they serve as a Certified Executive Coach, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, Author, Educator, and Radio Talk Show Host. Throughout their career, they have worked with a wide range of industries and organizations, including Care New England, Riverside Community Care, and Mobius Executive Leadership. Dr. Poulton has also contributed to the field of education as a Program Coordinator at the University of Georgia and a Co-Lecturer at San Francisco State University.

Dr. Dionne Poulton completed their education in a sequential order. Dr. Dionne obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Adult Education from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
