Marybeth Arnold has a diverse work experience. Marybeth started their career as a Registered Nurse at Franciscan Children's in 2006 and worked in that role until 2014. From 2011 to 2016, they also held the position of Clinical IS Analyst, where they implemented and supported Meditech Clinical Applications. In 2014, Marybeth became a Clinical Nurse Leader at Franciscan Children's, where they worked with nursing staff to ensure quality and safe care for pediatric patients. In 2018, Marybeth joined Tufts Medical Center as a PICU Clinical Nurse Leader, and in 2019, they took on the role of Associate Chief Nursing Officer, Patient Care Services at Franciscan Children's.
