Vanessa Santos Torres is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in human resources and community engagement. Currently serving as the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator at Seniors Helping Seniors® since September 2024, Vanessa previously held various roles at Franciscan Children's, including Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Assistant, and Credentialing Specialist from August 2022 to September 2024. Vanessa's experience also includes positions at Wellesley Country Club as a Hostess and Hostess Supervisor from May 2019 to September 2023, as well as roles at Westfield State University as a Front Desk Assistant, Resident Assistant, and Peer Advisor while attending the institution from 2018 to 2020. Vanessa began a career in customer service at Market Basket as a Cashier from November 2014 to October 2017.
