Alicia L.

Alicia L. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alicia began their career at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center as an IS Project Manager from October 2006 to October 2007. Alicia then joined the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, where they held various roles. From October 2007 to December 2010, they worked as a Project Manager II. Following this, they served as a Project Manager III/Senior from December 2010 to February 2023. Alicia then transitioned to the position of Manager of Health Leaders Network Data and Analytics from August 2019 to November 2023. Alicia is currently working as the Director of Data and Analytics - Physician Enterprise from November 2023 to the present.

Alicia L. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Office Systems & Technology from Mississippi State University from 1995 to 1999. Alicia later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General from Mississippi State University, which they completed from 2020 to 2022. In addition, they hold a certification in PMP from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2010.
