Dawn Moreau

Dawn Moreau has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and human resources. Dawn started their career as a Human Resources Personnel at Lakeview Hospital, where they focused on hiring and recruitment for nursing and clerical staff. Dawn then moved on to Lofton Staffing Services as a Staffing Manager, where they managed company staff and temporary employees, and was responsible for recruitment and personnel development. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Acquisition at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, where they serve as a strategic partner in managing the recruiting and employment team and executing recruitment strategies.

Dawn Moreau's education history begins with their high school diploma from Marksville High School, which they obtained from 1982 to 1986. Dawn then pursued a B.S. in Psychology from Louisiana State University from 1987 to 1990. Following this, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1990 to 1992. Dawn Moreau also holds additional certifications, including the Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter - RACR and the CSP, Certified Staffing Professional.
