Nicole Hidalgo

Nicole Hidalgo has over two decades of experience in healthcare communication and marketing, currently serving as the Chief Workforce Communications and Engagement Officer at the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System since 2001. In this role, Nicole oversees strategic communications and corporate culture initiatives for approximately 18,000 employees and over 3,000 physicians. Previous positions include Vice President roles focused on strategic development and marketing, where Nicole implemented programs such as the Physician Leadership Academy and various marketing strategies that contributed to business growth. Nicole’s earlier experience includes leadership positions in marketing and communications at Summit Hospital and Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare. Academically, Nicole holds both a Master's degree in Human Resources and Leadership Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Louisiana State University.
