Nikki McNamara

Nikki McNamara has a diverse work experience in human resources and administration. Nikki is currently working at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, where they have held multiple roles, including Senior Director of Human Resources - Corporate Shared Services & System Employee Relations. Prior to this, they worked at Louisiana State University as Associate Director - Human Resource Management and Assistant Director - Human Resource Management. Nikki also has experience in the public sector, having worked as a Human Resource Analyst at Louisiana State Police. Before entering the field of human resources, Nikki worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Additionally, they gained administrative experience as an Office Assistant at Johnson Gray McNamara, LLC and as an Intern at the United States Marshals Service. Throughout their career, Nikki has demonstrated their expertise and dedication to the field of human resources.

Nikki McNamara holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Nikki completed their undergraduate education at Christian Brothers University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Nikki has impressive additional certifications, including the SHRM - Inclusive Workplace Culture (IWC) Specialty, SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM. Nikki is also certified in Activity Insight and Workflow by Digital Measures and has a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC.
