Renée Zimmerman

Renée Zimmerman has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Renée is currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Services at the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System starting from December 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Director of Clinical Operations at the same organization from July 2021 to December 2023.

Before joining the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, Renée worked as the Assistant Vice President of Operations at Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group LLC from October 2018 to July 2021.

Their earlier experience includes roles at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, where they served as Senior Director of Medical Staff Services from October 2013 to October 2018 and as a Nurse Manager of the Neurosciences/Stroke Unit from July 2009 to October 2013.

Renée began their career as a Registered Nurse at East Jefferson General Hospital, where they worked from June 2003 to July 2009.

Renée Zimmerman, RN, MBA, MSN completed their education in a chronological order. Renée obtained their High School Diploma from Archbishop Chapelle High School in the years 1993 to 1998. Renée then pursued their Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Louisiana State University, earning their degree from 1998 to 2003. Later, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2010 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Additionally, during the same period, they also earned a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Phoenix.
