Stephen Herring

Stephen Herring, JD has held various roles in the field of HR and total rewards. Stephen currently serves as the VP Chief Total Rewards & HR Customer Experience Officer at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System. Prior to this, they were the Vice President Global HR and Total Rewards at NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) in 2022. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Signature Healthcare, where they had executive responsibility for compensation, benefits, LOA, HRIS, and workforce planning. Before that, they held positions as the Senior Director of Total Rewards & HRIS and Director of Total Rewards at Aegis Therapies from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Golden Living from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Consultant and Legal Analyst at Golden Living from 2011 to 2014. Stephen began their career as a Senior Law Clerk at Pryor Law Firm from 2007 to 2010, and as a Department Supervisor at Rheem Manufacturing from 2000 to 2006.

Stephen Herring, JD attended the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville from 2007 to 2010, earning their Juris Doctorate degree in Law. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith from 2001 to 2007, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they hold certifications as a 360 DDI Mirror Analyst & Coach from DDI | Development Dimensions International and as a Predictive Index Analyst from olivergroup.
