Grace Kim

Grace Kim is the Managing Director of Talent for Francisco Partners.

Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2017, Grace was Head of the West Coast Office for Henkel Search Partners, a boutique executive search firm focused on placing candidates in private equity, growth equity, venture capital, hedge funds and other asset managers. Previously, she spent almost ten years at Morgan Stanley, where she was most recently an Executive Director in the Investment Banking Division and served as the Global Head of the Analyst and Associate programs. In this role, she played a significant part in shaping and evolving the programs alongside senior management. Grace started her career at Morgan Stanley as an Analyst and Associate in Global Capital Markets (both in New York and Hong Kong) and also spent time on the Equity Derivatives desk in the Institutional Equities Division and the Learning and Development team within Human Resources.
