Ivana Babic has extensive experience in customer support and marketing, currently holding a position in the Central Customer Support of the Horeca department at Franck d.d. since November 2011. Prior to this role, Ivana worked as a consultant at MIBAGRADNJA from 2003 to 2014 and in the purchasing department at Franck from April 2004 to November 2011. Marketing management skills were developed during tenure as Marketing Manager at Hermes Plus from June 1998 to April 2004, and initial sales experience was gained at Katran from April 1997 to April 1998. Ivana possesses a Master’s degree in Marketing from Ekonomski fakultet Zagreb.
