Mihai Dumitrescu

Mihai Dumitrescu has extensive experience in product management and project oversight, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Management for Financial Applications & Analytics at FranConnect since December 2004. In this role, Mihai manages franchising contracts for over 35 clients, including renowned brands such as Gold’s Gym and Domino’s, and oversees contract negotiations, budgeting, and work-hour calculations. Prior to FranConnect, Mihai held the position of Project Manager in the Program Management Office at Parsons, where responsibilities included managing project schedules and monitoring design contract timelines. Earlier experience as Technical and Operation Manager at Windsor involved coordinating supply chain operations for hazardous materials and medical products for various government clients. Mihai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Babes Bolyai University and an Associate's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Information Technology from Technical University Cluj.
