Taylor Rice

Taylor Rice is an experienced software engineering leader with a strong background in team collaboration and development. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at FranConnect since March 2024, Taylor previously held the same position at RizePoint from July 2018 to March 2024, where initiatives included team building activities and feedback processes. Before that, Taylor was a QA Manager and Senior Software Engineer at RizePoint, contributing to key applications using technologies like Angular and React. Earlier roles include Senior Software Engineer at Endurance International Group and Front-End Developer at Workfront. Taylor began a professional journey in management at Greek City Grill, developing essential leadership skills.
