Oscar Luis Monzon Santana

Oscar Luis Monzon Santana has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Oscar Luis began their career as the General Manager of Compania Nacional de Autobuses from 1984 to 1989. Oscar Luis then went on to become the President of Autogama, a company specializing in the sale, maintenance, and repair of buses, minibuses, and microbuses. In 1997, Oscar took on the position of President of Grupo La Noel, a multidisciplinary transportation company that comprised several subsidiary businesses. Oscar Luis also served as the CEO of Francorp, Inc. in the Dominican Republic from 1998 to 2022, where they significantly expanded territorial sales. In 2020, Oscar became the Director General of KORGPACK, a transportation service provider, and the Co-Founder/Director General of LSG Software Solutions RD. Currently, they are involved in Realtyplus República Dominicana as the Master Franchise Developer and Franchise Owner. Additionally, Oscar served as the Executive Director of Asociacion Dominicana de Franquicias from 2000 to 2015 and the President of COOPNOEL, a cooperative for savings and multiple services.

Oscar Luis Monzon Santana has a diverse educational background. Oscar Luis first pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Universidad APEC from 1988 to 1992. During this time, they also completed a one-year Master's program in Cooperativism and Transportation Fleets at Tel Aviv University in 1992-1993.

After their Bachelor's degree, Monzon Santana continued their education at Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo and obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from 1993 to 1995. Oscar Luis also pursued another Master's degree in Marketing at the same institute from 1992 to 1995.

In 1999, Monzon Santana returned to Universidad APEC to earn a degree in Law, which they completed in 2002. Prior to their academic pursuits, they briefly studied Relations International and Foreign Affairs at King's College London in 1986.

In addition to their academic achievements, Monzon Santana has obtained several certifications. These include a certification in Lead Management from LinkedIn in April 2020, Fina Arbitration Program from FINA in August 2008, and MLB Scouting Program from Major League Baseball in August 2004. Oscar Luis also obtained a GPS Program Manager certification from FleetBoss in June 1997. Furthermore, Oscar Luis Monzon Santana received certifications in Political Marketing in August 1993 from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo and in Fleet Management and Cooperativism from Histadrut-General Federation of Labor in Israel in March 1991.
