Erin Walsh

Erin Walsh is a Partner at Franczek P.C. since May 2018, specializing in labor and employment law, including wage and hour issues, employee benefits, workplace harassment, discrimination, and school law matters. Prior to this role, Erin served as an Attorney at Klein, Thorpe & Jenkins, Ltd. from May 2012 to May 2018, providing counsel on employment law and litigating in state and federal courts. Early legal experience includes positions as a Law Clerk for the Office of Lieutenant Governor Sheila Simon and Judicial Extern for the Honorable William D. Maddux, along with various internships. Erin holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Italian from Bucknell University, with additional studies at Università degli Studi di Padova.
